Making Sense Out of the Numbers

Description

This study examines several market and sales surveys for CD-ROM media, looking at their assumptions, their deficiencies, and what remains unreported. It determines that conclusions drawn from one market cannot be extrapolated to make comparisons with other markets. The article concludes by raising some of the questions we need to ask in order to understand what the surveys report.
