P.H. Liotta's book of poems, Rules of Engagement, from Cleveland State Press was recently selected by Hayden Carruth as one of the winners of the Paterson Poetry Prize. Dead Reckoning, his novel about the recent war in the Persian Gulf, will appear from Algonquin Books in 1993. ["Contributor Note" from original publication, 1992.]
