While studying economics at Providence College, Frank was a part of the Arts Honors Program for all four years. He was also elected president of Theta Chapter, Delta Epsilon Sigma, and the National Catholic Honor Society. He was a Carolan Club Representative, and acted as chairmen of the class gift committee. Frank was also a member of the Friar's Club and graduated from Providence College in 1963. Frank retired from Trinity College in Hartford as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics. He currently lives in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
