Our team completed background research and collected primary data through an online survey in an effort to get a better insight into college students’ perceptions and consumer behavior towards Whole Foods Market. After analyzing our findings and completing a SWOT analysis based on our data, we were able to gather three main issues that the grocery store was facing. These included a negative price perception, a lack of awareness of various product lines, and a lack of access to Whole Foods’ products due to distance. In our presentation, you will find our team’s best suggestions for how Whole Foods can use their resources to address these main issues.
