Days Of 1952
Gary Gildner is retired from teaching and lives on a small ranch in the Clearwater Mountains of Idaho with the artist Elizabeth Sloan and their two-year-old daughter Margaret. Among his books are Blue Like the Heavens (U of Pitt), Clackamas (Carnegie Mellon), and The Warsaw Sparks (U of Iowa). ["Contributor Note" from original publication, 1997.]
