Description
This paper looks at a pilot program designed to promote the "Anytime Anywhere Learning" concept. Microsoft and Toshiba have joined forces to implement a laptop learning program with fifty-two schools around the country. It looks at how personal learning tools, such as laptops, change the way that students learn, transforming teachers' roles and increasing parental involvement in their children's education.
